Acro Jam | 18th March | Albany Centre

The jam runs every Wednesday 6-9pm at the Albany Centre, BS6 5LT. It is an open training space for acroyoga and group acrobatics (not a taught class). Everyone is asked to contribute towards the play and progress of others.

Ground rules:

1. Make others feel welcome
2. Contribute something to the community
3. Take responsibility for your safety and the safety of those you work with.
4. Not suitable for complete beginners.
5. Only use lines if competent. No dynamics without talking to the organiser(s) first.
6. Respect the space. Help set out and pack down.
7. Max. 2 tickets per booking.
8. Use the WhatsApp group to find someone to take your ticket if you need to cancel.
